1993
- Created as a "North -Armenian" joint stock Bank
- Granted a license for "Converse bank" CJSC.

1994
- renamed as "Converse Bank" joint stock Bank

1995
- registered on the Yerevan Stock Exchange
- licensed by RA Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Securities market as holder of investment funds

1996
- became member of RA Banking Association
- chartered as RA CB basic and official dealer for implementation of operations with treasury bonds

1997
- reconstructed to "Converse Bank" Closed Joint Stock Company
- licensed by RA CB – under general license number 57
- became payment agent for the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy
- became shareholder of Yerevan Stosk Exchange
- utilized by the World Bank for financing the development of small and medium business projects in Armenia
- membership of the SWIFT system

1998
- became a shareholder of  "Artsakh Bank".
- became a shareholder of "Arminkasacia" cjsc.
- granted a license for the "Central" branch in Yerevan.
- established operational office N1 in Yerevan.
- won the published tender of the Customs Service of the Republic of Armenia.

1999
- Appointed as an official agent of the Ministry of Finance and Central Bank of RA for conducting transactions with short-term Treasury Bills.
- accredited by the "Lincy" Foundation within the framework of Small and Medium Business Development projects in Armenia.
- "ARKA" agency awarded "Converse Bank" with 2-nd place in press rating.

2000
- Cooperation with the "American Express" bank.
- accredited by the World Bank within the framework of the Agricultural Reforms financing project in Armenia.
- accredited by the USDA within the framework of "Marketing Support Financing" project.
- granted a license for the "Nor-Hadjen" branch of  "Converse Bank" in Kotayk region.
- granted a license for the conduct of trade with precious stones.
- became a principal member of  "ArCa" payment system.
- "Converse bank" is awarded with a diploma by the "ARKA" agency for readiness to cooperate with the mass media

2001
- became a member of the "Contact" system.
- established 3 operational offices (N2, N3, N4) at Zvartnots International Airport.
- granted a license for the "Gyumry" branch of "Converse Bank" in Shirak Region.
- granted a license for the "Vanadzor" branch of  "Converse Bank" in Lori Region.

- became a member of the "Migom" system.
- granted a license for the "Zvatnots" branch of  "Converse Bank" at Zvartnots International Airport.

- Became a principal member of the "International Factors Group".
- signed an agreement for a "credit portfolio guarantee grant" between USAID and Converse Bank.
- granted a license for the "Artashat" branch of  "Converse Bank" in Ararat Region.
- became a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Yerevan.

2004
- "CONVERSE TRANSFER" money transfer system was established by the Bank.
- granted a license for the "Sevan" branch of "Converse Bank".
- granted a license for the "Charentsavan" branch of "Converse Bank".
- granted a license for the "Metsamor" branch of "Converse Bank".
- granted a license for the "Armavir" branch of Converse Bank.

- 10th anniversary celebration concert dedicated to the 10th anniversary of "CONVERSE BANK".
