Artsakhbank

Artsakhbank, CJSC, (hereinafter referred to as Bank) was established on February 12, 1996 (the RA Central Bank’s License No.75 of July 14, 1996).

Later the Bank underwent some structural reorganizations. Thus, on November 6, 1996 Artsakhbank, CJSC, was restructured into Open Joint Stock Company.

On June 24, 2001, Artsakhbank, OJSC, was reorganized into Artsakhbank, Closed Joint Stock Company.

Bank is a co-founder and a shareholder of Armenian Card, CJSC, and a full member of ArCa national payment system since 2000.


In 2003 the Bank joined SWIFT international money transfer system.

Since 2005 the Bank has become a member of MasterCard International payment system, that provides well-known payment card brands, such as MasterCard and Cirrus/Maestro, accepted in over 210 countries and territories worldwide.

In 2007 new logo and a slogan, "Let's Reach the Top Together", were adopted.

Since 2008 the Bank, in co-operation with the NKR Government, has been implementing programmes on the country’s economy development and mortgage loans encouragement.
