 The bank was later reorganized into a closed joint stock company by keeping status of the subsidiary bank.
2000
The shareholders were completely changed and the bank was renamed to ITB International Trade Bank CJSC.

ARARATBANK

ARARATBANK was established as a result of the reorganization of Haykap Bank, operating on the Armenian financial market since 1991. On September 2005 ARARATBANK was reorganized into a closed joint stock company. ARARATBANK has been functioning as an open joint stock company since August 2007. ARARATBANK is a member of the Union of Banks of Armenia; it is a partner of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia in the field of the internal public debt management.

Artsakhbank

Artsakhbank, CJSC, (hereinafter referred to as Bank) was established on February 12, 1996 (the RA Central Bank’s License No.75 of July 14, 1996).

Later the Bank underwent some structural reorganizations. Thus, on November 6, 1996 Artsakhbank, CJSC, was restructured into Open Joint Stock Company.

On June 24, 2001, Artsakhbank, OJSC, was reorganized into Artsakhbank, Closed Joint Stock Company.
